Inclement Weather Policy In the event of inclement weather, OAKs uses a “little
league” rules approach. If the weather is such that a little
league baseball game could be held, the session will be held. If
OAKs determines that the weather poses an unsafe condition, we will
notify parents as early as possible.
Cancellations due to the weather are non-refundable. However, if
OAKs feels that weather has greatly diminished the value of the
program, we may apply a portion of the fees to another season’s
program or to a refund.
Enrollment Cancellation & Absence Policy Enrollment Cancellations: 90% refund if three weeks prior
to session start (the difference is a processing fee). 75% refund
up to 3 days into session start. For example, if your child is enrolled
for Tuesday and Thursday sessions beginning Monday Sept 10, he or
she must exit by Wednesday Sept 13 in order to receive a 75% refund.
There is no refund if enrollment is cancelled after day three of
the season.
Absences are non-refundable. For safety and accountability, please
make every effort to contact us in the event of absences.
Liability
OAKs is a fully insured fitness program.
An American Red Cross first aid trained staff member will always be on site.
